  • PAM® Grilling Spray
  • 4 slices fresh pineapple (1/4-inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons P.F. Chang's® Home Menu Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 5 cups tri-color coleslaw mix
  • 4 mini sweet peppers (multiple colors), thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  1. Spray cold grates of grill with grilling spray and heat to high. Grill pineapple until charred on each side, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
  2. Chop pineapple into 1/2-inch pieces. Whisk together teriyaki sauce and lime juice in large bowl. Stir in coleslaw mix, cooled pineapple, peppers, green onions and cilantro. Refrigerate grilled pineapple coleslaw 15 minutes before serving.
