Sesame Stir Fry

Stir fried chicken, bell pepper, onion and crisp tender broccoli finished with P.F. Chang's® Home Menu sweet and tangy Sesame Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 3/4 cup P.F. Chang's® Home Menu Sesame Sauce
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; add to skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and ginger during last 30 seconds of cooking. Transfer to a clean bowl.
  2. Add broccoli and water to skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat until broccoli is bright green, about 2 minutes. Uncover and continue to cook until liquid evaporates.
  3. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil, onion and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add chicken back to skillet, leaving any accumulated liquid in bowl behind. Add sesame sauce, cook until sauce is thickened and bubbling, about 1 minute. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
